Manage Health & Safety and Quality.
Control site labor effectively based on time and cost.
Control materials usage effectively.
Assist in the project in short term planning for the project and on-site coordination to ensure maximum productivity.
Provide knowledgeable and practical advice on construction detailing and finishes.
Ensure that key programmed dates are achieved on time.
Maintain a daily site diary. This should include labor resources and operation details. Any plant allocations. Any deliveries. Any Accidents and/or incidents. Any other relevant signing.
Check deliveries for quality when delivered and report on delivery note before signing.
Co-ordination deliveries on site with site manager and site operative.
