الوصف الوظيفي · Sell Ramy Automotive products · Outsource products Ramy Automotive does not carry · Upsell customers when possible · Learn about all products being offered by Ramy Automotive and its competitors · Inform purchase team when products are out of stock or about to run out · Ensure detailed description of jobs sent to Workshop is communicated · Ensure jobs sent to Workshop are being completed on time · Update customers regularly when vehicle is being worked on at the Workshop · Make transfer orders for parts from WH to WS for customer vehicles · Investigate customer complaints and concerns arising from jobs and suggest appropriate solutions.
