Job Role: Report directly to the Chairman, Board of Directors and work hand in hand with top level management Full operational responsibility for Administration, Facility Management and Procurement as a major decision maker Coordinate supervision and monitoring of the various departments in the organization, including work schedules Ensure cost optimization across all departments/sections within Operations Lead to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the assigned department, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output المهارات Open to Indian candidates Male, 45 years old and below Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificates Minimum 8 years of experience in the same role from well-known retail company Knowledgeable of Labour Laws and Standards Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization, ability to look at situations from several points of view Knowledge of running a manufacturing services unit, and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices Should be proactive and team player Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/operations-manager-4361021/ |
