Our client, a real estate company, is looking for a Head of Sales and Leasing to join their team in Dubai. The main objective of this job is to have a deep understanding of prospecting clients and in developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
Generating new business opportunities resulting in increased revenue.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Responsible for recruiting top sales and leasing talent.
Creating tailored proposals for each new client depending on size and on business opportunity.
Ensuring that clients have a positive experience with the company and that the corporate image is receiving its fair share of attention.
Leading and not just managing a sales team to achieve growth and targets.
Attending trade and client shows across the GCC to promote the company’s image and its projects. Role will cover the event from inception to execution.
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
Minimum 7 years of experience managing a team of real estate agents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Networking skills.
Excellent knowledge on the current real estate market.
Natural born leader and stiff negotiator.
English is a must.
