Job Role: Operate the outlet efficiently within cost control Manage, schedule and train restaurant staff, monitoring staff performance Maintain the department in accordance with Health Department standards Ensure customer satisfaction through application of Restaurant and service standards Take responsibility for the scheduling of work and the appropriate allocation of duties to staff and will monitor performance, ensuring restaurant staff have good knowledge of services and products available to customers in order to maximize sales Report to Restaurants Manager / Café Manager and determine the difficulties and problems faced during the day and suggestion alternative solutions المهارات Open to Arabic nationals Male, 40 years old and below Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field At least 2 years of experience in the same role in the UAE Should be French and Arabic speaker Excellent communication skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/restaurant-floor-supervisor-4357691/ |
