الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is one of the largest and fastest growing chain of renowned restaurants in the UAE Job Role: Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews prepares and completes action plans by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends and determine system improvements; implementing change Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees Communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions Plans menus by consulting with chefs, estimating food costs and profits and adjusting menus المهارات Open to Arabic nationality Male, 40 years old and below Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably with Hotel and Restaurant Management degree At least 3 years of experience in the same role in the UAE Must be French & Arabic speaker Excellent communication skills Can join immediately is a must تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/restaurant-manager-4357681/ |
