Customer Care Executive Gaming Operations in Dubai
Yellowskill gaming and tech private limited.
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for our gaming operations at Yellowskill Gaming And Tech Private Limited Dubai office.
Candidate will be responsible for engaging and providing a solution to customer inquiries through various social media channels and telephone.
Customer Care Executives responsibilities:
• Strong understanding about Real Money Gaming and Operations.
• Answering calls and what’s App messages.
• Promotes good customer relations by providing customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude and willingness to help always.
• Identify and handle customer’s needs to complete satisfaction and build a sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective customers by handling their queries and complaints.
• Providing quality and timely resolution in line within the established guidelines.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and in Hindi will be a plus.
• Ability to ask relevant questions and diffuse tense situations.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and accountability.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Applications and strong typing skills.
• Working hours will be 9:00 to 17:00 Saturday to Thursday, One day off in a week. Overtime for hours worked will be paid as applicable as per UAE Labor Law.
• Free accommodation above the office space and food will be provided.
• Male Candidates preferred.
