Position Title:  Restaurant Shift Manager

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  up to 3.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus duty meals

Job Location:  UAE

About the client:

The hiring company a UAE based franchisee of a well-known pizza brand from USA with over 4,700 restaurants worldwide and is one of the leading chain for take out deliveries of classic and specialty pizzas.

Job Role:

Manage the particular shift, teams, operational standards, customers, finance etc.

Report to the Restaurant General Manager/Area Manager

المهارات
Requirements:

Open to Asian nationals

Male/Female, 45 years old and below

At least 3 years of experience in fast food/quick service restaurant; experience in pizza chains would be an advantage

Must have managed a minimum of 5 team members

Possess basic commercial knowledge (revenue targets, different revenue streams, different costs, profit, etc.)

Excellent communication skills

Flexible to be assigned anywhere across UAE
