About the Client:

The client is one of the leading retail & franchise operations company based in the Middle East.

Job Role:

Ensure quality standards are achieved while following all company safety and production procedures and policies

Monitor and control waste in the station and continuously participating on the improvement initiatives within the kitchen

Provide quality pastries and in accordance to the customers expectation/standards

Report any concerns relating to operation and functionality of food safety measures

المهارات
Requirements:

Male, 43 years old and below

High school diploma or any relevant certifications

With at least 2 years working experience in Pastry in an F&B;establishment / Hotel

Experience with Asian Cuisine is a plus

Certification in Health and Safety and, Food Hygiene, HACCP / PIC certificate is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language

Can join immediately will be prioritized
