Hiring Sales Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Determine/forecast customer requirements and propose target and business plan for Sales for approval of the Supervisor.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the products/services.
• Respond based on commitment to sales order inquiries, customer calls, request for product presentations and visits.
• Assist Supervisor in developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Receive Requisition/Purchase Order from customer and process it for generating Sales Order.
• Communicate updated discount policies to each customer and promote compliance to the same discount policies.
• Gather the reports from Sales team and summarize into a report for Sales Manager’s review and reference.
• Perform other duties/project as assigned by the Sales Manager.
• At least (2) years of experience as Sales Coordinator in paints or chemical related goods and specialized in UAE.
