Responsibilities:
• Controlling of all advance bookings, payments, follow requests through in a professional and timely manner.
• Update housekeeping with bookings and facility operations.
• Ensuring that safety requirements adhere by visitors, including the completion of all related safety and indemnity related paperwork.
Skills & Experience:
• Very Good Oral & Written English communication skills.
• Active, friendly & outgoing personality and with utmost patience.
• Ability to multitask and attentive to details.
• Good working knowledge of personal computer applications with emphasis on MS office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
