Account Assistant Required
Location - Dubai, UAE
Experience - Minimum 3 years
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Pay slip, Spreadsheets, financial or administrative reports and correspondence.
• Maintain business sheet with Commission received and commission paid out to Agents.
• Generate monthly persistency report and advise Business and respective segment heads on emerging trends.
• Co-ordinate with Insurance companies on procuring premium overdue and lapse reports and track online through the portal.
• Proactively take initiatives and effective measures to reduce lapse, surrender, and cancellation of Insurance policies.
• Analyze trends on overdue/ lapsations and advice the management on necessary corrective actions.
• Ageing analysis to determine clawback.
• Analysis of Payable and Receivable and preparation cash flow based on new business and clawback.
• Preparation of Monthly Salary & process through WPS.
• Handling Petty Cash.
