STATEMENT OF ROLE
To generate, develop, and manage new customer relationships within a specified market - to deliver first class customer experience, and generate profit.
Ambitious, highly motivated, new business sales consultant required with experience of contract placement (or both). You will have already built a presence within the IT resourcing industry and have a good knowledge of the recruitment sector (including industry trends and legislation etc.), and have a broad understanding of technology.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in recruitment and be expected to demonstrate successful experience of the following:
Lead Generation
Prospecting
Conducting Client Meetings
Negotiation /Establishing Terms of Business
Qualifying New Requirements & Opportunities
Recruiting (Search & Select)
Candidate Interviews
Referencing
Achieving Placement Targets
Accurate Systems Administration
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with CRM & ATS Systems
Proven Sales Experience
New Business Generation
Numeracy
Educated to degree standard (desirable)
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft (Word / Excel / PowerPoint etc.)
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
Strong communication & relationship skills
Ability to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease
Persuasive, persistent and patient
Ability to cope with pressure
Flexible and adaptable
Mature personality
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to prioritise
Strong IT skills
