• Functions as a Scientist to develop new and optimized products/applications in execution of technical activities that support the overall Al Sultan Sweets business strategy.

• Applies scientific and engineering principles in research, development, production technology, quality control, packaging, processing, and utilization of foods.

• Works with some independence, exercising ingenuity and judgement in the approach to tasks. Responsible for the design, planning, execution, and reporting of experiments and projects with intermediate complexity.

• Works within multiple priorities, projects and timelines concurrently.

المهارات
Food Tech Eng. for a Food Manufacturing company located in Dubai. With qualifications and experience Degree in Bio-Science/Food Science/Food Technology or its equivalent with HACCP Certificate/with basics of Food Safety/Food Manufacturing Industry/having training abilities. Ideal candidates must demonstrate experience in the same field within the UAE. Computer knowledge is a must. Must have good planning and organizing skills Ability to communicate well and prepare good reports. Candidates with bakery industry experience will be an added advantage.

• Prioritize safety:- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised lab environment in accordance with Al Sultan Sweets safety policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines.

• Maintain systems:- Actively maintain the product performance data for the flavour and quality portfolio through evaluation in finished products and capture of profiles.

• Knowledge sharing and expertise:- Serve as a technical expert and advisor to marketing, sales, product development, and Customers for Bakery and Sweet Goods applications.

• Innovation:- Support in developing and implementing new Sweet Goods and Bakery technologies, by working with the wider teams and Innovation Centers within the Middle East region.- Support marketing initiatives, train our commercial force

•Evaluation, development, and selection of flavours:- Apply and evaluate quality for Bakery and Sweet Goods for relevant briefs.- Proactively monitor quality performance and stability.- Select optimal flavours for projects according to all relevant requirements (taste profile, legislation, technical suitability, costs, etc.).- Prepare state-of-the-art flavoured and quality products and samples for Customer presentations and capability demonstrations- Identify appropriate flavour delivery systems and technologies.- Translate market trends into new product concepts and developments.
