Job Position CNC Turner for a Mfg. Company (Dubai)
Department Production
Reporting to (Title) Supervisor / Production Engineer / Service Engineer
Purpose of the Job To operate relevant machine for machining of components to provided specifications.
QUALIFICATION(S), SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Preferred Qualifications /Educational Background
High school. Preferably ITI qualified or equivalent vocational training.
Technical / Experience (Mention preferred industry, if any) & Computer Skills ITI with minimum 3 years of experience or non-ITI with hands-on experience of more than 8 years as Turner. Experience using measurement and quality control devices including gauges, micrometers, calipers and other quality inspection devices.
Able to read and interpret blue prints and job orders
Competencies Physical endurance - Able to stand for long hours
Must be a team player

Accountability:
Accountable for safe storage of customer property and its traceability pre and post machining.
Accountable for the machining operations carried out by him and maintaining tolerances and surface finishes as per specifications provided.
Reporting NCs to his supervisor.
Authority:
Nil
HSE:
Identification of hazards and associated risk in day to day activities, control measure to be taken with help of foreman.
Participate in the risk assessment.
Alert supervisors or employers regarding perceived risk.
Report any changes in the workplace.
Be informed of the risks to their safety and health and of the measures necessary to eliminate or reduce these risks.
Attend the training programs organize by safety dept.
Cooperate to help the employer to ensure that the working environment is safe.
Report all type of incident to supervisors.
