We’re searching for Senior Development Manager for a Master Developer in Dubai.
Dubai freehold residential development experience is essential, as is experience developing an asset from inception to completion as the client side developer for a residential developer at substantial scale.
What I mean by this is that you will have taken the same asset from investment committee through to detailed design, development management, sales management and asset completion, client side.
Given the potential package those who have held Development Director Positions with the same experience would also be considered. A Real Estate qualification with an MBA is desirable but not essential.
