الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 16K AED depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company provides services such as professional interior design, Architectural, Fit-Out, Furniture, Offices, Retail, F&B;, Joinery, Landscaping, LSI Playgrounds, Lighting and Yacht Interiors with a capability to serve internationally from Dubai to the Worldwide. Job Role: Will be reporting to the General Manager / Tendering Manager Prepare Material take off Bill of Quantity and prepare cost estimation for the projects and submit them to the tender committee Thoroughly follow up material costs / man hours cost Collect all relevant/ needed information from the Production Estimator, Design Engineer, Tender Manager, and/or from site visit Ensure gathered date and budget information is maintained and knowledge is transferred to project management and commercial department Checks and makes sure that all the corresponding documents of inquiry to be tendered like Drawings, Specifications, Addendums, Bill of Quantities, Relevant Standards etc. are received in order Prepares the C.I.F. (Contract Information Form), Final Estimates, Requisition for Material Procurement etc. in case of award of contract and also summarize all the information for disseminating in the kick-off meeting Advices management of any cost-effective measures / actions which could be helpful to cut down costs, giving a competitive edge to cut down the cost & price and price levels المهارات 40 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant field With minimum of 7 years total of experience Strong background in Basic Accounting, Contracts, Tender Bidding and Project Management Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word Must be detail oriented and a team player Excellent English communication skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-estimator-4344112/ |
