Our client is a world-renowned leading supplier of technology services. They are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships.
Job Description:
Responsible for turnover and margin with customer portfolio
Ensure sales targets by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and developing potential new ones
Actively manage customer portfolio focusing on large accounts and defining efficient ways of serving small accounts
Develop, implement and follow-up on customer strategy for defined customer portfolio
Identify additional business opportunities with existing customers and take action
Be the face of the business unit for and represent business unit in relevant associations,
Develop, implement and follow-up on influencer development plan for defined local key influencers
Plan and organize key influencer events; participate if required in trade shows, congresses and support PR activities
Support Account Management upon request of customers
Develop, implement and follow-up on business development approach for key verticals
Generate, follow-up and win project leads in country and focus vertical
المهارات
Required Knowledge and Competencies:
Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics / Computer / Mechatronics, Master degree is a plus.
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
6-8 years overall experience in sales & business development area, preferably working experience in Safety/Fire business at multinational companies.
Technical knowledge for Fire Alarm systems is a plus
Excellent team player and multi-tasking skills
High degree of self-motivation, perform well under pressure, flexibility, self-confidence, result-orientation
Advanced in MS Office applications
