The LDSC Manager will be responsible to lead, drive and manage operational plans and service delivery efficiencies like planning of resource and vehicle allocation, improve customer experience, analyse business data and dashboards, monitor quality, accuracy, and consistency of dispatch plan versus actual route performance, Manage client relationship and complaints. This role requires high working knowledge on advance systems such as SAP, DMS, Ramco, Oracle and Salesforce. This position will require frequent travel around the UAE.
Your Experience
Minimum 8 years of successful operational experience as a planner in the waste management, facilities management, logistics or construction industries is required.
Proven experience of working in advance tools such as SAP, DMS, Ramco, Oracle, Salesforce, and MS office 365.

Your Qualifications & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Working experience in the UAE / GCC advantageous
Environmental Services / Waste Management industry knowledge in advantageous
Delivery Excellence and Fleet Management experience advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is advantageous)
Driving license required
