About Farmily Basket Project:
Farmily Basket is a unique and innovative project involving mobile sale of fresh fruits and vegetable to certain consumer groups in the UAE.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
The Sales Supervisor (Rover) will be responsible for directly supervising and guiding the daily operations and managing the sales team’s activities.
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for the following tasks:
Manage, on behalf of the Project Manager, the general activities of the Company
Monitor the activities of the sales teams on the job on a routine basis
Assist with successful day to day implementation of sales team’s program
Build new customer base to maximize sales.
Monitor financial management and take responsibility for management of daily revenue
Formulate pricing policies and ensure pricing is correct
Monitor collection, management and banking of cash
Guide the routine work plan of sales teams
Take responsibility for on the job decision making related to daily work plans
Monitor and assure quality control of products as well as work procedures
Ensure application of best practices in customer service by the sales teams
Build team spirit and promote positive work ethics among personnel
Prepare sales reports on (daily, weekly and monthly basis).
Assist the HR or Project Manager in recruitment job performance of staff
Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws.
Organize and distribute staffs’ schedules
Ensure adherence by sales teams and staff to all company’s policies and procedures.
Take part, if and when required, in special projects aimed at promoting busienss
Attend trade shows to identify new products and services.
Contribute towards the smooth running of the company generally.
Other task as may be assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field.
A minimum of three years’ experience in Sales management
Knowledge of English language both written and verbal
Knowledge of Arabic or any other language would be a plus point
