Upgrade all PC’s/systems to latest OS & ensure infrastructure components / integrations with various Industrial Automation like Metalprogetti, Kannegeiser etc. are working seamlessly 3. Train and support Linencraft users, so they are able to work on SOCOM applications 4. Review use of iOT, RFID and ensure they work seamlessly & data can be integrated with our applications 5. Coordinate with IT team and ensure data integration works well 6. Process enhancement of existing applications in LinenCraft to drive Automation, remove manual work across entire process chain in our laundry operations 7. Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize IT infrastructure at LinenCraft and in days ahead for EXPO 8. Day to day operation support (SR, Incident, Solution & Problem) along with Enhancements 9. Updates job knowledge with Trainings, publications & good contacts with technology professionals 10. Manage an AGILE project plan in JIRA while delivering projects 11. Build flowcharts and Write technical documentation for reference 7. Job Context: A general commentary of any aspects of the job that are relevant and need more explanation e.g. current projects, operating context/environment, key challenges, economic climate etc. At OUR CLIENT – the Paradigm Shift to drive Automation initiatives are ongoing. With multiple projects, running concurrently, it is important that projects are delivered on time and adequate Quality Assurance is carried out, so that high standard deliverables are produced, which meet OUR CLIENT strategic objectives This is a hands on role for a Passionate IT professional who must play Key role, in automating various IT solutions at LinenCraft and in days ahead for EXPO, Support End Users and Proactively delivers continuous Improvement through Innovation and delivering on IT Service Management المهارات a. BE or Bachelor’s Degree b. Citrix, ITIL, COBIT, MCSD certification etc. & deep knowledge of same c. Certification in AGILE, SAFe, JIRA Work Experience: d. Minimum 7 years IT experience a. Must have been part of Software Development – as Developer, Testing etc b. Must have provided IT Support across IT applications, Desktop support c. Must have IT Infrastructure knowledge of Cloud Hosting / Admin, PC and Laptop installation e.
