Looking for a Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of fabric bags based in Dubai. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
We expect you to develop deep know-how in production processes, Order processing, decision-making, researching and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day.
The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets
• Research and develop latest production processes
• Organize & schedule workflow
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions
Requirements
• Deep interest in gaining skills & knowledge of production management
• Willing to learn and implement quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Willing to learn reporting on key production metrics
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
