Job Description / Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Provide HR Leadership Managing dispute resolutions involving management, employees or government Administer and implement procedures on disciplinary actions in accordance to labor law regulations and company policies & procedures. Collaborate on development, implementation and communication of HR procedures and policies. Set-up & manage the HR department by developing and implementing, company-wide HR Policies, strategies and procedures. Administering payroll activities and maintain employee records. Staying up-to-date, interpreting and advising on UAE Labor law and work in close co-ordination with company PRO. Collaborating with senior management for successful manpower planning, resourcing and deploying expansion. Research on labor laws, healthcare regulations, best practices etc Analyzes information and data necessary to define and discern cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes. This may include management and employee proposals, pay scales and wages, benefits, working conditions, and other mitigating circumstances. Key requirements At least 10 years of experience in handling employee relations activities and at least 2 year of experience in employee engagement initiatives. Prior experienced in employee relations or industrial relations preferred. Human Resource management working knowledge and sufficient understanding of UAE labor law. Strong communication skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels. Team leader, with an ability to influence others to achieve results and encourage professional and positive working environment.
