• Responsible for maximizing the sales of the company by leasing of the properties to cooperates.
• Identify and meet with various cooperate managements and thereby enhancing the chances of sales.
• Assist Sales Manager in actively leasing of new and existing properties.
• Maintain regular contact with the various stakeholders to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
• Attend property viewing prospective owners and tenants
• Keep up to date with UAE real estate market and proposed developments, property laws, tenants, developers, investors, competitors and their marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate files, records and databases.
• Produce reports when required to update management and clients.
• Ensure documents are correctly filled, deposits paid and contracts are delivered properly.
• Meet and negotiate with business partners to finalize transactions.
Requirements
• Only candidates with valid UAE driving license may apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a developer or real estate agency in similar capacity with proven track record
• Through understanding of UAE property market
• Excellent communication s and negotiation skills
