Understand client portfolio and services.
Develop the knowledge and understanding of Proven services.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
Build and maintain a client database with actionable client details such as stakeholders, strategic goals, project pipelines, etc.
Collaborate with client relationship managers, business development and marketing teams to keep them abreast of client information and updates.
Conducts ongoing client health checks to address any potential issues which might diminish the client experience or existing engagements.
Provides early recognition of potential risks with (major) business impact in the account.
Liaising with internal departments and team to ensure client concerns on service delivery are properly addressed.
Provide advisory and maintain regular dialogue with client accounts whilst maintaining excellent business relations.
Identifies opportunities to grow business with new and existing clients.
Maintain and update client profile on the CRM module accurately and provide consistent reporting to management.
Works with BD to streamline and assess business proposals to match client profile and needs.
Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

4+ years of customer service or relationship management with an excellent track record.

Understanding of corporate environment and culture
Good command on Microsoft office suite
English speaking and writing proficiency (Arabic is a plus)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
