Senior HR Executive
The hiring company a start- up, Ecommerce platform based in Dubai, carrying their own unique brand catering to High Street type of female fashion wear
Requirements:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related courses
• Total of 7 years working experience, 3 of which must be in the UAE as an HR generalist or executive
• Candidate must have an experience in visa processing, renewal and PRO coordination
• With experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, tardiness and employee relations
• Candidate should have experience in training, learning development and onboarding process
• Excellent communication and speaking skills
• Keen to details, efficient and effective on managing a team
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
