To manage of all logistics matters related to medical equipment.
Coordinate with the sales department and distributors for the order process and payments.
Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
Closely monitor all shipments.
To implement and ensure proper and smooth operations, incoming and outgoing system through computerized administration and retrieval systems (ERP system).
Shipping documentation preparations for customs & L/C requirements.
The monitoring of any changes on government regulations regarding export-import procedures.
Sending order sheet and collecting orders from the distributors in time for scheduled shipments
Preparing Invoice, Packing list for each shipments.
Applying Certificate of origin from Dubai Chamber ( If necessary)
Following up with the distributors for Advance payments and/or outstanding balance.
Preparing/Requesting the documents required for the registration to the distributors.
Filing and Keeping the record for all the shipments
المهارات
Has a Bachelor Degree in relevant field
Good communication in English; verbal and oral
Excellent business correspondence (both written and oral)
Knowledge of ERP system / Materials Management.
Sound knowledge in inventory management.
Good math and analytical skills.
Team player with good written and verbal communications skills and negotiation skills.
Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with external parties.
Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
