Duties & Responsibilities
The position essentially involves supporting customers on a technical level focusing on field services, repairs, maintenance and provide technical support to customers with our products.
Provides support to the service engineers and trains them when needed.
Develops work schedule for all service engineers and make adjustments as needed to accommodate appointments.
Ensures all resources are available as needed to perform maintenance and repair of medical equipment and systems.
Monitors monthly expenditures and work with management in recommending how to best control the service related cost.
Serves customers by identifying their needs related to application of medical equipment, and services.
Possesses strong knowledge on the clinical application of medical devices.
Secures and renews orders and arranges delivery.
Recommends improvements in current medical device and suggest alternative devices.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Biotechnology is preferred.
At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
UAE Work Experience only.
UAE Driving License
Preferably owns a vehicle.
