Multi Skilled Technician

We are currently recruiting for Multi Skilled Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end customer service to home maintenance requests with strong experience in Air conditioning.

In this role your responsibilities will include the following.

• Working collaboratively within the team
• Completing all assigned general repairs and minor installations at customers properties including but not limited to;
o Plumbing works (Including installation of pressure vessel, pumps)
o Electrical changes (Electrical troubleshooting and wiring)
o Painting and decorating, touching up of surfaces
o Minor carpentry works
o Any other general maintenance duties
o Driving

• Investigating and establishing causes of all breakdowns and damages
• Being proactive in ensuring good health and safety

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.

• Must have excellent installation, diagnostic and fault-finding skills in residential AC systems
• Must be qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent, ONC mechanical/electrical Engineering, BTEC level 3 in Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic Engineering)
• Preferably IEE qualified or up to 17th edition Wiring Regulations
• Must have experience within a residential maintenance background
• Good understanding of Health and Safety and Statutory responsibilities
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Driving License
