Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Set individual sales targets with sales team
Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
Maintain and update listing of valuable properties
Remain knowledge about real estate markets and best practices
Promote sales through advertisements , open houses and listing services
Control expenses and monitor budgets
Meet with clients who need specialized attention or who experiencing a difficult situation
Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Maintain relationships with repeat clints to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
· Manage property auctions or exchanges
المهارات
*Any nationalities Male or Female
*Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate and UAE market
*Good negotiator & have excellent communications skills
*Presentable & know to handle customers
*Ability to close the deals and offer best customer services
*Driving License & have a car
*RERA license is a must
*English language is a must, any other languages are advantage
