Hiring Product Trainer (Smartphones)
We are looking for a trainer to join the training team with training experience in the similar field.
Job responsibilities:
• Trainer will be responsible for the classroom, online & In-store training of employees.
• Ensure trainees excel in the product knowledge, corporate culture, industry knowledge, and sales skills.
• Create training materials (posters, One-pagers etc.) and competitor analysis.
• Follow up on low performing promoters and retrain them based on their areas requiring improvement.
• Standardize training materials, organize the preparation, production and implementation of the training materials.
• Conduct market visits regularly to analyse promoter’s knowledge and check all the points of the market visit checklist.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve the required goal.
• Train the team leaders to provide in-store trainings and follow-up on their achievement.
• Evaluate the training results and report to the manager.
• Actively assist the sales team by clearing their queries via online platforms.
• Complete all the training tasks required to be done by the company management.
