We are looking to hire an eCommerce Assistant to help us various aspects of eCommerce operations in conducting market research, product listings, sales and marketing, customer service, and order processing.
An Ideal candidate should be on residence visa or husband sponsorship, Arabic and English language proficient and atleast 1 year of experience in same industry OR willing to learn and perform. Job location is Ajman UAE.
The responsibilities for this role includes but not limited to:
• Provide customer service over the phone, chat and email
• Create and update product listings on Shopify, Noon, Amazon and other marketplaces
• Product Research
• Update product individually and in bulk using spreadsheets
• Post products for sale on Facebook, Instagram and other marketplaces
• Create orders in Shipping Companies Portal
• Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure successful deliveries.
