Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner to join our Dubai team as soon as possible.
• At least 10 years of HR experience in UAE; Hospitality/Events industry preferred
• Applicant Tracking System Experience
• Must have In-house recruitment experience and dealing with high volumes and head-hunting search
• Must be familiar with various sourcing channels in the UAE and overseas
• Advanced knowledge of HR processes/policies
• Strong candidate and client management skills, high levels of support and service
• Self-Starter, motivated by delivering high-quality execution that adds value to the team
• Ability to work independently and in a demanding and dynamic environment
• Full awareness of the UAE labor law and legal compliance
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on candidate experience
• A real passion and enthusiasm for recruitment, dynamic and self-motivated attitude
