We are urgently looking for Cash Van Salesman, Arabic Speaking, for a 3 Ton vehicle route with a new Dairy & Beverage company based in Dubai. Candidates with Local dairy experience will only be accepted and shortlisted. Candidates with Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience and age less than 40 need to apply.
Job Description:
• To Achieve Sales Target in volume and value by SKU by category of the assigned location and ensure the collection is done as per the company’s policy.
• To Ensure 100% coverage as per the assigned territory.
• To Ensure Conversion Rate is 90% of the total coverage.
• To ensure proper distribution by assigned MSL must stock list by channel.
• To ensure proper placement, where the product and price are visible to the consumer.
• Ensure To achieve Shelf placement objective assign by channel.
• Ensure timely collection as per company policy.
• To ensure it should not exceed as per the assigned target.
• Build & Maintain Constructive relationships with each buyer and always look for opportunities to increase sales.
• The position will be based in Abu Dhabi and an Attractive package will be offered to the right candidate.
