To contribute to daily planning and coordination of Automyze logistics operations including successful deliveries and monitoring of services provided by external organizations to ensure cost-effective operations and that set objectives are achieved in full.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, receiving and dispatching orders for pickups and deliveries
Creating AWB for local and international shipments on through various portals
Fulfillment of items once shipment has been dispatched on the company portal
Ensure that company drivers and Logistics Service Provider(LSP) are utilized optimally
Provide drivers with information, specific instructions and requirements
Ensure that any packaging material is correctly and clearly communicated to the drivers/LSP
Maintain constant communication with Packaging Team to ensure availability of required supplies for collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries.
Provide the proper documentation to the diver for collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries
Track every shipment using the portals designed for Dispatch
Addressing problems and providing alternate solutions
Notify any discrepancies to the respective department and update accordingly
Use of cell phone to send messages to the drivers and manage driver performance
Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of run sheets, activities and turn overs

Previous work experience in logistics or e-commerce
Problem-solving capabilities, ability to work in a very fast paced environment
Good Knowledge of areas in Dubai
Strong communication & reporting skills
