Urgent Requirement for an experienced Sourcing Manager for a renowned 7-star hotel property in Dubai

Preferred Nationality – Open to all

Salary – As per the market standards

Location – Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:

Optimize the efficiency of the sourcing department by devising strategic plans which focus on achieving customer satisfaction whilst reducing costs to the business.
Ensure that the company achieves wider business objectives, including a streamlined sourcing operations procedure across all stakeholders.
Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities at a time.
Oversee every aspect of the sourcing process.
Determine the company’s service measures, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
المهارات
Having a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering is an advantage.
You must have at least 4+ years’ prior experience in successfully managing food & beverage sourcing functions in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must have extensive knowledge in MS Office.
Must be knowledgeable of contract software, ERP, and e-Sourcing.
