الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED, all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the client: The hiring company is one of the leading music and dance institute in the UAE. Job Role: Meet and exceed all pre-defined sales targets and KPIs within the set timeframes Promote and upsell all company services, instruments and products and cross-selling services and products when appropriate Receive sales inquiries / makes sales calls Generate leads from social media Maintain a deep understanding of all services, products, pricing, policies etc. Ensure quality product knowledge is provided to the customer Generate monthly business development reports and present to the senior leadership team Maintain security and confidentiality of client information المهارات 45 years old and above Diploma holder or any relevant certificates At least 2 years of experience in the same role, and preferably from music, retail / e-commerce, or any relevant industry Must have previous sales and customer service experience Intermediate I.T. skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
