Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Arabic speaking
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience from a reputable organization
- Professional background in Real Estate / Property Management
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Previous experience in a professional office environment
-High level of demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge in Oracle software preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for any transaction needed in Dubai Land Department Ex: Registration of new projects, activation, payments and Escrow accounts activation requests, etc.
- Drafting new SPA’s, Disclosure and JOB to new clients for off plan units and registering it in Oqood.
- Full responsibility for all unit registrations, transfer of units, resale, defaulter termination, Off plan Legal procedures, Title Deed issuance through (Oqood System) and submitting all needed documents to Dubai Land Department.
- Dealing with Dubai Real Estate Corporation “DREC” in paying Tax and Ejari for Subleases and new leases of Warehouses, renewing affection plans, etc.
- Knowledge of Dubai Government online portals and systems Ex: (Ejari, Oqood, TAS, Trakheesi, Municipality, DMCC, DEWA, Dubai Development Authority, etc.)
- Issuing Ejari to all tenants through Ejari system and typing centers.
- Assist in Issuing bilingual addendums and tenancy contracts (Residential and Commercials).
- Processing and issuing Tax invoices, Receipts, reporting, exporting, entering contract and customer data through Oracle System.
- Preparing and translating Arabic letters and issuing NOCs required Ex: for Legal, gifting, resale etc.)
- Monthly reporting for all entered units and exported billings through Oracle system.
- Preparing daily receipts for rental, Admin, Ejari and any other fees received by tenants.
- Preparing and sending legal notices to defaulters.
- Coordinating with finance team for payments, rentals, penalties collections and refunds
- Assure all tenants are provided with all required documentation by governmental authorities on their leases
- Providing periodic reports to the Property Manager
