PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Use product list provided by planners/coordinators to create listings.
• Work with planners/coordinators to educate yourself with product family intricacies for precise product listing.
• Gather text and images from a number of sources including Suppliers, Brands & Industry.
• Ensure accuracy in all product listings.
• Build informative and engaging product display pages using in-house content management system.
• Ability to fuse art and science to build a data-driven strategic business plan with tangible execution steps and develop product relevant to current fashion and business trends.
• Prior experience in direct customer service facing role and customer interaction is essential.
• Impeccable communication skills and demonstrated ability to form long-term strategic business relationships; including a comfort with pricing negotiation.
• Deep experience in online/offline retail and consumer internet technologies.
• Pick & Pack as per orders received.
• Arrange shipments through courier companies and company vehicles to optimize delivery timeline.
• Communicate with clients online and off-line to ensure all queries are attended to and sales are not lost.
• Address customer grievances if any, and solve the issue immediately to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the image of the company.
• Adhere to SOPs for all activities performed.
• Organize and generate daily reports to help monitor the e-commerce business.
