The target industries to tie up will be construction, Retail (Food & Fashion), F&B;, Security, Aviation, Ground staff, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance etc. المهارات - Marketing & Business Development of recruitment services. -Cold calling, Planning meetings making new clients and dealing with the existing ones. -Coordination with the entire GCC, Asia and Africa region. - Account management ( Internal & external ) -Generating and Maintaining databases; preparing reports. -Markets services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; Social Media, newsletters etc. Business Development Manager Job Duties: - Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing forecasts; - Must have the knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS office. - Travelling to international / local locations as per business needs. - Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars. - Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. - Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests. - Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases. - Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists. - Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
