الوصف الوظيفي Ø Transform the company’s vision into tangible directions by developing & executing strategic and tactical plans that will result in the successful achievement of Clients KPIs like in-house share, revenue, premium share, & sell out targets Ø Collaborate cross functionally with highly diversified teams with different seniority levels by improving commercial models and develop sales opportunities under fixed deadlines with minimum supervision. Ø Support local country teams in building concrete localized Joint Business Plans with elements not limited to account planning, commercial targets, partner.com, support, marketing, co-investments, programs & data sharing. Ø Elevate clients brand visibility by building mutually planned COOP marketing campaigns across all key touch points, including operator.com & digital Ø Engage directly with group Operator accounts on PAN regional activities. المهارات Ø Develop & execute Operator Programs for the sales organization, comprising of Affordability schemes, Trade-in programs, hardware and service bundles, TCO optimization and operator tariff positioning. Ø Continually analyze the market environment to formulate new ideas and strategies for clients future success Ø Support country teams in maintaining excellent engagement with Operators, with the ability to build senior level relationships with strategic partners in order to drive commercial business Ø Identify operating behavior and opportunities to improve, through regular customer office field visits partnering with regional account teams Ø Present data insights, conclusions and action items of the key findings to MENA management team. Ø Manage long/short term projects of data collection, analysis, and reporting from the markets to maintain track sales/growth trends in Operator Channel business Key Competencies/Characteristics Ø Previous experience in a sales driven environment, meeting quarterly/yearly revenue and unit goals Ø Experience in consultative selling and developing channel growth strategies with partners Ø Creative problem-solver with drive, to see through the completion of tasks, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, anticipate issues & work with ambiguity Ø Experienced in developing Commercial framework modelling, Product & Tariff positioning, Affordability Programs, etc. Ø Ability to operate in a large complex multi-cultural matrix organization (preferably multi-country) Ø Exceptional Presentation skills, and numeric & analytical skills - using MS Office & Analytical tools Ø 7-12+ years’ experience as Global/Regional Account Management in Mobile, Operator or large Tech corporations Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-manager-operator-channel-4309915/ |
