About the Client:

The hiring company is a group of companies handling diversified brands under retail industry. Engaged in general trading, hospitality, fashion, real estate, watches and jewelry, construction, media and advertising.

Job Role:

Develop maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation

Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

Ensure functionality of electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings

Oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the properties

Ensure that technicians have the best physical resources available to complete tasks according to budget

Must have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts

Allocate workload and supervise staff

Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

Requirements:

Male, 40 years old and below

Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field

At least 3 years of experience as a team leader

With strong experience handling at least 5 technicians for building maintenance

Must have excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic

Excellent communication skills
