My name is Irina, and I am HR manager of Dubai company Constanta Group.
2013 We have delivered over 1 MILLION mobile phones to the CIS countries;
than 100K tons mobile accessories by our own trades marks;
the goods to Island and Amazon USA (which shows - the sky is the limit);
have started partnership with leading mobile operators and retails in Azerbaijan, France, Russia, Poland, US, et al.
now we are hiring the Sales Manager to work in our Dubai office.
Successful candidates must have proven experience and knowledge in global software services / solutions sales.
Duties:
Engage with customers across different industries and geographies.
Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products, services and adapt sales collateral.
Mine Data for leads using LinkedIn, business directories, web searches, etc..
Lead Generation, customer nurturing, & handle client relationships.
Be the first point of contact for the customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term relationships.
Maintain & expand databases of prospective customers.
Leverage on social media, phone and digital channels to effectively reach out, engage and manage customers.
Meet and exceed targets for the sales pipeline.
Build and document sales activities in the company’s CRM software.

المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree is required
Bachelor’s or posts Graduate degree with a concentration in Engineering, marketing, advertising sales, and/or business administration. A background in IT is preferred.
Skills:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Hands-on experience with CRM software.
Must be well versed with documentation, negotiation, & MS office tools.
Must have a strong set of interpersonal, soft, & presentation skills.
Excellent sales planning, oral & written communications skills.
