Key Duties/Responsibilities * To be recognised as an authority in the field, developing and maintaining an external profile as appropriate to the discipline * To carry out the duties by maintaining scholarly activity and keep up to date with developments in the field * To develop course content such as slides, speaker notes, course outlines, aims and learning outcome by researching published sources in the relevant field. * Capable to handle online platforms so as to make the webinars more interesting and training the professionals in a way that learning becomes fun for them. * To carry out the duties of the post in accordance with the Institute’s values and standards, upholding high professional standards and leading by example * To provide world class education and create an excellent learning experience for the students * To contribute to the development and achievement of Institute, faculty and school strategy within the context of an international, research-led institute * Reply to student’s general and academic queries via the portal, email, Whatsapp, or online meeting (if required). * Provide individualized qualitative feedback on student assignments. * Coordinate with fellow lecturers and relevant departments in conducting training, webinars, preparing schedules, handling student’s records. * To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments. المهارات · Proven working experience as a lecturer · Excellent orations and Lecture delivery skills · Active listening and communicating skills. · Advance MS Office skills especially MS Word and MS PowerPointalong with plagiarism Software. · Ability to manage the class to be engaging and practical · Research and analysis of the current happenings to be presented in the lectures. · Class management and ability to answer questions/feedback effectively · Knowledge of online tools and software for lecture delivery, academic work assessment, and plagiarism, etc. · Excellent practical knowledge of the modules of study as mentioned in the objectives. · Ability to formulate and explain the link between practical and theoretical knowledge. Experience and Qualifications · A minimum of 2 years of experience as a lecturer and student’s advisory roles. · European and British Lecturers preferred. · Hands-on experience of the British Curriculum and trends of business schools. · Holding a Master’s degree or equivalent in business studies especially in Finance, preference will be given to Ph.D. · Proven experience of Student support, assessment, or research supervision. · Versatile and is up to date with the trends of the market.
