The ideal candidate for this position will have:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand.
• Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
• Ability to motivate and drive the team.
• Attention to detail with good customer service.
• Extensive wine knowledge.
• A team player, pro-active with a can do attitude.
