الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is a highly respected Consumer Retail Company leading the UAE distribution of brands with the best quality for customers; with multiple branches within Dubai dedicated on sales, distribution, logistics, processing, and marketing of food products. Job Role: Lead integration of the company’s food and nutrition quality processes into one integrated process. This includes HACCP system, regulatory audits, quality systems review process (QSR), standard operating procedures (SOPs), incoming ingredient inspections, product scoring, food safety audits, field complaints, standardized work instructions. Develop and execute plans to achieve/maintain all certifications at the company and to meet all corporate requirements related to food and nutrition quality programs Train staffs and maintain all training records for critical food and nutrition quality requirements Oversee monitoring, verification, and validation activities to ensure that all products leaving the facility meet Food and Nutrition Quality standards Provide guidance and leadership in situations where deviations have occurred, or a potential risk has been identified related to food and nutrition safety or quality attributes المهارات Open to Arabic and Asian nationals 45 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or any related field At least with 3 years of experience in the same role preferably in an FMCG company Must have an in-depth knowledge and principles of nutritional analysis and management Strong communications, human relations, and presentation skills Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/food-and-nutrition-quality-specialist-4287599/ |
