الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: 1 year contract (subject for renewal) Salary: depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: UAE About the Client: The hiring company is an oil and gas company based in the UAE. Job Role: Fully comply with and adhere to the company Safety, Health, Security and Environmental policies and procedures and IMT Member Develop vendor audit plans and reports to assess vendor competency and compliance with the requirements of DS-1 drilling and completion equipment standards, making recommendations for conducting such audits Review well-specific equipment lists and make recommendations of company for the development and approval of vendor Collate and consolidate daily and other periodic reports into database of acceptance, rejection, and non-conformances of vendor Coordinate between company and Service Contractors / Suppliers to ensure equipment’s readiness whenever required at the rig Conduct audits and inspections and write inspection and audit reports accordingly Educate Drilling Team personnel in Quality Management System requirements Carry out product and process auditing as per ISO 9001:2015 on Contractor Record and follow up all QAQC incidents (NCRs, deviations and dispensations), request Root Cause Failure Analysis and issuing Lessons Learned Notifications المهارات Male, 65 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field Minimum 15 years’ experience in a Quality Advisory role within the Oil and Gas industry Must be certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor With formal training in DS1 or NS2, with formal training in Root cause investigation is preferrable Must be familiar with the requirements in API 4G, 5CT, 6A, 7L, 7G-2, 8B, 16A & 53 With previous certification in NDT methods: UT, MPI, PT is preferable With extensive knowledge of advising and managing Quality within a project environment, preferably Drilling and Wells projects Excellent communication skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/qaqc-engineer-4290016/ |
