Position Title: Procurement Supply Chain Management Specialist

Employment Type: Contract

Job Location: UAE

About the Client:

The hiring company is an oil and gas company based in the UAE

Job Role:

Responsible for negotiating contract terms and conditions

Coordinate with planning, legal, and operations team regarding all tender and contract documentation

Manage supplier relationships

Submit regular reporting of ongoing activities and follow up

Understand the local business for third party goods and services

In charge of the full sourcing process (scope development, selecting supplier, etc.)

المهارات
Requirement:

Male, 45 years old and below

Degree in Engineering or Business

Certifications in PSCM is an advantage

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oil and Gas operator

Experience in GCC will be preferred

Knowledgeable in service contracts and international commercial laws and arbitration procedures

Experience in preparing and managing contractors for Drilling and Well Services operations

Computer literate and power user of Microsoft Office

Strong leadership and communication skills
