BARQ Systems- UAE is hiring Systems Engineer with the below qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Minimum 3 years’ Experience in System Integrator in UAE
Technical Qualifications:
Hands on experience on the below:
• Aruba WIFI, ClearPass.
• Forcepoint proxy, DLP, mail
• TrendMicro
• PaloAlto
Job Description:
• Conduct demos/proof of concept setups to convince the customer with the product to make the customer issue the PO
• Implement installation process
• Responsible for providing support service (after sales service) for customers who has active contracts
• Gain educational levels to enable trouble shoot skills in order to handle advanced scenarios.
• Develop low level design & as built manual to document installation activities & provide it to customer.
• Troubleshoot product deficiencies with vendor (Technical Assistance Center) through set of SLAs to resolve customer complain
• Report Lab /POC/installation activities visits internally/externally (Quality Assurance)
• Conduct technical/hands on training to customers
• Sustain migration from legacy to new system without business interruption.
