الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group that explores popular Middles Eastern, Mediterranean and International Flavours. Job Role: Liaise with Direct manager / architects / Landlords and engineers to gather all Design requirements As well as design and create 2D & 3D computer models of shops, buildings, and machine parts from blueprints or from scratch Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials Describe production methods step-by-step in detailed drawings Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software Design layouts, detailed drawings and create full specifications and BOQs to illustrate workflow Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs Create mood boards and Presenting models to management Oversee design progress against schedule and budget Implement corrective measures for identified distractions or issues Review, negotiate and recommend for approval/disapproval on design المهارات Open to Filipino nationals Male, 38 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Minimum 1 year of project management experience Strong ability to work on 2D & 3D Proven experience in project management Extensive analytical skill and must be a team player and able to work with multi-national team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/design-project-coordinator-4287490/ |
